This is a very nice book with some great recipes and they are very very tasty. But I'm afraid it's downfall is in the editing, some of the recipe mention ingredients in the list but are never mentioned in the step by step recipe, if you're not careful you end up missing some key ingredients e.g. sugar! It seems there are some quite strange mistakes also e.g. words mixed in where they shouldn't be etc. Be careful to check you have all the ingredients included and you should be fine.

A lovely book. A must for anyone who likes chocolate. Lots of new and a few classic Green and Black recipes are brought to life in the accompanying pictures. A wealth of chocolate treats that in themselves always seem to go down well with any audience.

lovely book well presented, and a great range of recipes - some of the ingredients are a bit hard to source (not the chocolate!), but with the expense of G & B's chocolate might make it prohibitive for some....one beef with the presentation - sometimes the photos don't correspond with the nearest recipe, and don't have captions, so it's sometimes hard to see what your cooking is supposed to turn out like!!! that said, this was a valentine's gift, and as such was very well received.

Has some interesting recipes, but nothing I havent seen before in other choc books. Probably good if you havent got other choc recipe books.
