The Greek's Bridal Purchase, 25 May 2007

This review is from: The Greek's Bridal Purchase (Harlequin Presents) (Mass Market Paperback)
Theo Savakis needs a wife before his grandfather dies or he loses his family's shipping dynasty.
An accident lost Miranda Weston the use of her arm and she can no longer play her violin professionally, so she escaped to the Greek island of Kalmos to start over.
Theo meets Miranda and soon feels that she would make the perfect wife. Miranda accepts Theo's proposal but when she finds out why he proposed so fast, Theo may lose more than just the company now that he has fallen in love with his convenient wife.
The Greek's Bridal Purchase starts off good, it has all the qualities of an angst-filled romance but I didn't feel that Theo and Miranda were very compatible. Theo seemed demanding and spoiled a lot of the time and Miranda either fought him or gave in. Things didn't seem to resolve between them either, they just moved on. The Greek's Bridal Purchase had some good moments, like when Theo and Miranda did connect, but over all, the story just didn't work for me.
