This book is simply a selection of Greek passages arranged incrementally by difficulty - starting with GCSE prose, AS level prose, and 'easy' verse to introduce the translation of verse, and then A2 level prose and verse passages. There is also a section at the end which explains how to scan trimeter verse passages (as is required in the A2 exam), and the passages are glossed appropriately for the level.
This book is very useful for anyone studying for GCSE and A level exams, and probably would be useful for others at an equivalent level looking for extra practice (although be warned there are no mark schemes, but I have managed by checking my translations on Perseus afterwards).
