I ordered this book after enjoying a Greek cookery series on TV. There is a good selection of recipes, not all exclusively Greek, but from that region of the Med/Middle East. The ingredients used seem to be very easily available so dishes can be produced with minimum fuss and prior preparation. I have only tried the moussaka so far but it was a resounding success and I was very pleased.
Each recipe has clear step by step instructions and pictures and are very easy to follow. I look forward to trying the next dish!

This book is very easy to follow and the pictures make the food look delicous.
i was a bit disappointed that all the dishes i had on a recent visit to Greece, and was hoping to make myself at home, were not all in this book, but i am sure the recipes i do try from the book will be lovely.

I bought this as a gift for a friend and had it delievered to them by Amazon as a suprise. Ihey were very pleased and found the recipes excellent and easy to follow. I am invited to sample these!

this has some really tasty greek recipes in and easy to use. easy read and sooooo tasty. Some ingredients I had to find an indian shop for spices etc.
