4.0 out of 5 stars A Good Read 13 April 2015

Olivia & Dimitri had a whirlwind courtship when she was his secretary/lover. He brings his bride home to Greece where Olivia is confronted with a mother in law who wastes no opportunity to point out that her son has a mistress living very near by. Olivia leaves after seeing her husband rushing his pregnant " mistress" to the hospital in the throes of labor. Three years later, Olivia wants a divorce so she can move on with her life. Dimitri agrees only if Olivia will help him fend off the affections of his partner's 17 year old daughter who is determined to marry him ASAP. Olivia agrees, but she is more attracted to her husband than ever. Her mother in law seems to have mellowed towards her & Olivia learns the truth about her husband's "mistress" & child. I read this in someone's 3-in-1 book A quick, very good read!
1.0 out of 5 stars predictable 25 Dec. 2011

I am in total agreement with the other reviewer. Just one honest conversation and the truth would've came out. I also hate when there is an evil MIL. Ever notice it's always the evil MIL or the conniving secretary? The plot is just too canned for this book to be enjoyable. When books follow this recipe, it almost seems like the author is spoofing romance books.

Another aspect I hate is when the husband sees other women while the couple is separated and the wife stays faithful. Just once I wished it was the other way around or at least have the husband also stay loyal during the separation too.

I have no idea why I finished reading this book. I could see where it was going from the prologue, but yet I continued to turn the pages. A total waste of time!
4.0 out of 5 stars The only character that I did not like was the MIL 20 Nov. 2014

The only character that I did not like was the MIL. If the h had not listened to her and instead had a conversation with the husband there would not have been a conflict. Also, if the H had been honest with his wife there would not have been a conflict but then there would not have been a book. I liked both the H and the h and the story. The ending and epilogue was also great. I would recommend this book. It is a traditional harlequin presents with the alpha hero.

I loved the illustrations. That is what made me purchase the book in the first place. The storyline was okay but the illustrations were excellent.

I bought one of this graphic novel of hp because I am curious how it would look like in comics. It was good actually but the whole story was compressed to just 20 pages. I just wish it was longer than that, so if you read the original hp book, which I had, you would probably feel the need for more pages.
