By Far the best Greek cookbook i've come across. This isn't a cookbook for people who just want to look at pretty pictures - it has all the traditional Greek recipes with concise step-by-step instructions.

I am Greek living in Greece and I think a Greek's opinion for Greek recipes would be helpful... this book is the one I use the most in my kitchen (I am a new cook)... I trust it and I have tried the most of the recipes...and they succeed! Above all it's definitely every-day Greek cuisine, the one that I am used to from my mother, grandmother, aunts and friends... I surely recommend it!!!
