this book is ok, I was a little dissapointed as having spent lots of time in greece there are some very common dishes missing. I would not recommend buying this book, in fact I havnt had it out of the cupboard since buying it. On the plus side, the ingredients are fairly easy to source, picture and instructions are clear. Dont buy if you want to make the food you had from your hols :-(

the book is good value as it is packed with very good recipes ,,the only down side is the bright colours of the print which can make it difficult to read, however dont let that put you off it is a good book

Good book, excellent coverage and easy to follow. Greek food is uninspiring here.
