About the Author

Winner of the Petra Kenney 2006 Award (comic verse category), she writes fiction for the women's magazine market, has been placed in several creative writing competitions, and also judges writing competitions. She is the co-author, with Maureen Vincent-Northam, of The ABC Checklist for New Writers.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this book for anyone considering moving country.
I've moved country several times, and I only wish I had had this book during those times. Moving abroad can be an intensely exciting experience, but not one you would want to face if you are not armed against all the pitfalls you may come across. This book will guide you through those challenges and hopefully make your move a more pleasant experience.
I'm considering moving again, but even as a seasoned country hopper this book has helped me immensely.
