Not worth the effort or time to read. I love the West and read a great deal on the West during the 1896 plus... but this is dreadful and not worth the time

This book was a great success as a gift for a lover of Western history. Truly a good read for those who enjoy learning, and more importantly, feeling part of our country's early days, and being drawn into the life of the cowboy.

I actually got this for my nephew for Christmas and the whole family are enjoying it... It has some of the great old cowboy authors and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting authentic cowboy tales.
