A good 'how to' lesson for retailers, this book demonstrates how one man can move a people and how one people can move the world. Elen Lewis writes in an upbeat, engaging and accessible style and avoids all the usual brand markety-smarkety jargon to really tell it like it is in straightforward, plain english.
