Good introduction to how to deal with lactose intolerance,

The main appeal of this book is that it is aimed at the UK market.The recipes are very easy to follow and the pictures certainly make you look forward to eating restaurant-style meals again. The only downside is that I would like to have seen examples of companies that make lactose-free products and where they can be purchased from included in the book. All in all, a very beautifully presented, well written cookery book that shows there is life after being diagnosed as lactose intolerant

Having just had a 14 month old daughter diagnosed with lactose intolerance, this book is a God send. Most of the ingredients can be found in local supermarkets. The recipes are great not just for my daughter but all the family. I highly recommend the carrot cake.
