This book succeeds in its phylosophy of providing attractive healthy meals, which can be enjoyed by both diabetics and non-diabetics equally.
The insructions are clear and easy to follow, the photographs are excellent and make the food look really inviting.
It does fail,however, in that that there is a lack of nutritional information with each recipe -it is very frustrating when trying to balance a menu to have to turn to the back of the book to find this out.
The book is also more expensive than some of its competition e.g. Diabetes Cookbook by Diabetes UK...
