Bought as a gift for Christmas it is full of lovely new ideas. Having watched the series on television, I was a little disappointed there was little or no mention of some of the ingredients as discussed on the programme. Shame as that really was so interesting. I am sure it will be enjoyed by the recipient. Once again it arrived very soon after ordering and in pristine condition

Great book with lots of interesting recipes for UK produced food. Follows the TV series and gives new ways of cooking some common foods.

Given as a present for the wife at Christmas as she enjoyed the series and it was gratefully received. If you enjoyed the series and want to create the recipes mentioned then this is a good book. Nice photos to show how they should look are inspirational and the recipes and guides mentioned are easy to follow. The bits of information about the main ingredients give it an extra dimension over other cookbooks but more importantly the food does taste great on a plate and that's all you really want.
