5.0 out of 5 stars Love this cookbook 24 May 2012
By Kimberly, NYC - Published on
This book was given to me as an x-mas gift a few years ago because I had shown an interest in experimenting with pureed soups. I opened the gift, loved it and didn't attempt to actually try any of the recipes in it until about a year later. Although there are a huge array of soups recipes in this book, hearty to sweet they are not all pureed which makes it a nice mix of recipes. I have loved each recipe I tried, once I actually started utilizing the book. I even made a few of the soups with friends and they loved them so much as well that I eventually bought them copies of the book for them to enjoy. The Indian Tomato Lentil pureed soup on page 199 is amazing. I make it once a week.
