This book has a wealth of information about interviews and the selection procedure. In the real world, interviews will vary in difficulty, depending on the level of job you are applying for. The contents of the book could have been sub-divided e.g. Executive Interviews, Manual/Unskilled Job Interviews etc, because some of the questions are beyond anything the average interviewer will ask you. It makes the preparation for an interview very daunting, because this book encourages you to prepare for every type of question. Be selective, and try to get advice from someone "in the know".
In summary, I think this book is good, but the reader must filter the questions, depending on the type/level of job they are applying for. Failure to do this could increase the job hunter's stress levels ...
