This book has a wealth of information about interviews and the selection procedure. In the real world, interviews will vary in difficulty, depending on the level of job you are applying for. The contents of the book could have been sub-divided e.g. Executive Interviews, Manual/Unskilled Job Interviews etc, because some of the questions are beyond anything the average interviewer will ask you. It makes the preparation for an interview very daunting, because this book encourages you to prepare for every type of question. Be selective, and try to get advice from someone "in the know".

In summary, I think this book is good, but the reader must filter the questions, depending on the type/level of job they are applying for. Failure to do this could increase the job hunter's stress levels ...

Superb book. I've used it for years as both interviewer and interviewee. I even supply it to managers working for me when they start interviewing. Easy to dip into and out of - you dont need to read it cover to cover and will keep returning to it

got three job offers 16 Mar 2010
Format:Paperback
I looked for a job in the UK. I was not successful in the first two months but after reading this book I got three job offers. I can really recommend this book. It gives you also a lot of insight how the interviewer feels.
