Format:VHS Tape
Of all of the karaoke videos I own, this is definately my favourite.
The tracks on the video are Grease, Summer Nights, Hopelessly Devoted To You, You're The One That I Want, Sandy, Beauty School Drop Out, Look At Me I'm Sandra Dee, Greased Lightnin', Hound Dog, Freddy My Love, There Are Worse Things I Could Do, and We Go Together.
As you can see, a few excellent tracks from the film are omitted (e.g. "Blue Moon", "Rock 'n' Roll Is Here To Stay", "Mooning" and the excellent "Born to Hand Jive"), but most of the favourites are included.
The music and background vocals are excellent, allowing even learner karaoke stars to shine on the microphone. OK, it doesn't contain video footage from the Grease film, but the background videos are apt and enjoyable.
We used this video at a karaoke party this weekend and it went down a storm - it was the only video that got played twice through!
The only minor negative is that occassionally the video is a little slow with displaying the necessary words. However, even this was hilarious at times, especially whilst trying to sing the incredibly-fast "rama-lama-lama-ka, dingity-ding-de-dong"'s from the song "We Go Together" !!!
The only other thing to mention is that the song "Greased Lightnin'" contains language that wouldn't be suitable for kids - you may not have noticed this when watching the film but they are much more obvious when displayed on your TV.
Overall, I would highly recommend this video to everybody. I'll be upgrading to the DVD version as soon as I can afford a DVD player, too.

I read the above review and expected footage of the original film, which was disappointing, and the cheesy home made films accompanying the songs just made me laugh out loud so hard I couldn't sing.
The songs are not the original ones either, and left me singing along to what I remembered from the film, and didn't scan exactly the same.
Still, better to just watch the original and sing along with that, I guess.

I thought this was the best and most orignal karaoke DVD by far. I ahve seen alot but IMC Vision definitly managed to capture what Grease is all about, this was particually shown in the final song where a group of kids managed to act out the song almost as well as the actual cast of grease.
This is highly recommended by me and my friends. We do have fun singing along to Grease Karaoke DVDs. I must admit I own most of them, but this one is my favourite
