This is an excellent rerecording, repackaging of one of my favourite Dogs D'Amour albums, although the new artwork does contain a small silhouette that nods it's head to the original artwork. Tyla's voice, like a fine wine, has matured with age, he sings with real emotion. There are a few newer tracks on this rerecording, extending it to 13 songs, compared to the original 8.
Tyla also takes on all guitar duties on this album, so in a sense it is in fact a Tyla solo album of Dogs' tunes, but hey I'm not complaining. I would recommend this cd to any fan of The Dogs D'Amour, or anyone who enjoys exciting music from great British singer song writers, Tyla is a gem in both departments, he not only writes the tales of woe and debauchery, but has been there, lived there, survived and probably designed the t-shirt, as he creates all the artwork on his and The Dogs' material. Another legend in the history of Rock 'n' Roll.
