Product Description

This title includes two dolls and eight clothing pages. Grace Kelly is pretty as a princess, and actually became one the year this paper doll book came out 1956. Illustrated by Florence Sarah Winship, the book originally had six pages of great 1950s fashions. But in this reprint, we are pleased to offer two additional pages of clothes by David Wolfe, including movie costumes and Grace's wedding dress. There are two dolls to dress in the eight pages of lovely clothes.

2.0 out of 5 stars disappointed 15 Sep 2009
By Mary Doyle - Published on Amazon.com
after buying the book I was quite disappointed as the outfits seem all jumbled up on the pages I was looking for the cut out dolls
and then the penny dropped the dolls are on the front and back covers of the book, which is not good.
I buy these paper dolls as a collector but if I was using them cutting up the covers of a book would not be an option
drawings are good but just not what i expected.
5.0 out of 5 stars fine REprint, 25 May 2014
By evie - Published on Amazon.com
these are sold to be cut up. they are not even the same size as the originals [these reprints are 8 1/2 x 11}. so to expect a collectors item for $10 as mentioned in the previous review is unrealistic. if you need a book to cut and a book to keep then buy two, they are cheap enough. the art work and the dolls are the same as in the original plus a few bonus pages added by fashion artist david wolfe. i am so glad Paper Doll Press is reprinting the old greats from the 50s [also 40s plus books by new paper doll artists].
