I had borrowed this from the library and didn't want to return it as it is so good. Recipes from around the world and every one I've tried is delicious. I was very surprised to find the only review was negative. I admit I am not a strict vegetarian and so don't share their concerns.

I was really excited when I bought this book. So it really annoyed me to find that the book contains misleading information on veggie recipes . The book includes products containing animal rennet in several recipes. Another book by the same publisher even includes gelatine as an ingredient... Talk about creating a veggie recipe book !The editor has NOT done a very good job of ensuring the recipes are veggie-friendly . And when contacted - the publisher Murdoch books were rather unhelpful
