These series are just so good, make you forget about all the troubles you had during the day.
In my esteem Ed Westwick with his animal magnetism and flawless, genius performance is the key, but I have to say that all the rest of the young actors are great too and their work is admirable as of course the work of all the rest of the crew, especially gaffers, I just love the light.
Music in this series is perfect too; I actually bought new Virgins'' CD after watching these series.
I do look forward to season 3 and meanwhile watching sometimes season 1 and 2 again and again and again...just can't get enough of Ed Westwick and YES IT IS THAT GOOD....but of course art is subjective

LOVE IT!!
OMG, anyone else think that Ed Westwick could so be the next Joker? His acting at the funeral (won't say who's to not give it away) was amazing. Reminded me of Heath Ledger as the Joker, the sneer, the facial contortions. He has got to be the next Daniel Day Lewis, i.e one of the best acters. He steals every scene.
Serena is doing my head in now. Her sickly sweetest is too much to bear, wish her character would change. It is just too too fake. The art guy, Aaron, has been totally mis cast, he should have been sexier than he is, I don't even think he is good looking?! Why would Serena chase after him when she can get anyone??

i would highly recommend it. it is gripping, funny and lovable. my favourite characters are chuck and blair their fiesty relationship is gripping to watch. Ed westwick and leighton meester are amazing actors. it is a must see, it is definatly better than the rest. you will not regret watching this it is very addictive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not as good as i thought it would be
