My family was planning a ski trip after Christmas. As my son is crazy about anything having to do with Gormitis, I purchased the Gormiti pocket library for him for Christmas, figuring that he would enjoy the books, but also because the books come in a convenient travel size. He loves them, and carries them everywhere with him. I would recommend them to other parents with little Gormiti fans of their own; however, the books are definitely most appropriate for the younger children (maybe along the lines of 3-6 year olds). I'm guessing that children over age 6 or so would probably quickly grow bored, because the text is very short and simple.
I purchased these books for my grandsons's christmas, but I am sure he will love them. He is an avid reader and he will be able to carry one in his pocket.
