I visited a bookstore in US and a got a copy of this book. This is the most beautiful knitted afghan book I have seen. The beauty of the afghans is magnificent. I encourage anyone to purchase this book for their collection. It is perfect for knitters as well as a display in your library. The instructions are well written and accompanied by charts. Rowan yarns are used in this book as well. Overall, this must be one of the brightest knitted afghan books from the US.

This is a lovely book, well written and presented. All the patterns have charts and also written instructions if you don't get on with charts (which I don't). As this is an American book yarn substitutions might be necessary on some of the patterns but all the yarns used are also described in weights as well, which is very handy. The Afghans are beautiful and even the easy ones look very elegant. Would highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to make or looking into making an afghan. Reasonable price as well.

A nice range of designs for different skill levels. Colourful, practical throws for the whole family. Knitted 1 and deciding which 1 to do next. Think it will be in my book collection for many years. A good buy imo.
