They're perfectly ok, they do the job reasonably well, but they're not worth what Gore charge. Firstly, they are only slightly water resistant. Cycle for an hour or more in rain and your shoes will get wet. Secondly, the tough material on the sole isn't anywhere near tough enough. I've done about 1,000 miles in the pair I bought (only just over a month) and already the toe material on one overshoe has a hole in it. Thirdly, the zip is tiny, so much so that I feel it's going to break off every time I use it.
I won't be buying them again. Next winter I'll buy some proper winter cycling shoes. While these overshoes may last for six months or so, winter cycling shoes will last at least ten years. Save your money, buy something else.
