I have used this product twice but not yet have worked out how to use it properly as it does not have markings for the different temperatures on it and it does not seem to get as hot as i expected it to. Was not hot enough to cook the food i had on it.

Not very happy with this product: the connection to heat the plate up is too loose and I have to keep pushing it in and up to keep the red light lighting... dissapointing... too much hassle to return
