Promise a lot but... 30 Sep 2007
Format:Paperback
I had pretty high expectations for this book after reading the synopsis on Amazon. It promises a lot, however it reads more like a user manual to Google analytics rather than delivering useful insight. Parts of it is very heavy to read and the language is very boring and manual like. Did not feel it brought much new knowledge and tips to the table.

I never normally write reviews but I found this book very poor and felt compelled to warn others. I was hoping for inspiring, practical examples, tips and ideas of ways to use Google Analytics in order to analyse and improve the performance of my websites but there really wasn't anything in the book that isn't already available in a better and more readable form on the Google Analytics online help. The book really is nothing more than a dry, non practical manual.

Excellent Resource 22 May 2009
Format:Paperback
This has been the standard book I issue to all delegates on my Google Analytics Training Courses. I look forward to a 3.0 version in the near future once Google has rolled out all the changes that are currently in beta testing.
