Received the book a few days ago, and have already devoured it. I was eagerly awaiting more from Clayton after reading Dirty White Boy: Tales of Soho. I was not disappointed. The first page raised my gooseflesh, and I couldn't put the book down. Laugh aloud moments include the discussion of the burial of the fake breasts and Clayton getting roped in to oversee the brothel upstairs. I was moved by the stories of Chico and Sebastian, whose book, Dandy in the Underworld, I read before Clayton's. It was great to read more about the Soho characters that Clayton's vignettes vividly bring to life, and I look forward to reading more by Clayton.

I don't know what it is about Soho in London, but it has always attracted the most interesting and colourful and poly sexual inhabitants.
I am lucky enough to live in the magic zone, and having had the pleasure in reading this book and the honour of knowing the Characters. This book truly and honestly captures Soho in all its glorious and multifaceted ways.
All i can say is if you don't live in London, have never been to Soho, and you really want to know the score, get the book. The only downside is that it leaves you wanting more.
