Adam Rickett, left his acting career at Corination Street, to put together this album which is pact with funky, up-to-date, dance worthy beats.
His single 'I Breath Again' went down well with the British public, so I don't understand how the album didnt do the same, because the album is pretty much made up of the same stuff. His other singles 'Everything my Heart Desires' and 'The Best Thing' didn't really go anywhere but that is besides the point in this review, the point is that Adam Ricketts album should have been bought and listened to by thousands of young teenages because this album is of the same quality as the likes of Steps and Backstreet Boys. The lyrics are also very similar touching on the subjects of love, romance and a little bit of teenage angst that so many of those little girly fans can relate to. On the first listen of this album you may think that all of the songs are the same, but after listening it through another couple of times you will realise the songs are very different in their rhythm, texture, tempo and theme. But for all of the younger fans that will mean very little. Whoever wrote Adam's songs is probably out there now making lots of money because there was absolutely nothing wrong with the songs that Adam Rickett sung, he just didnt take off, what is he doing now anyway????
