About the Author

Jane Pettigrew became involved in the world of tea after opening her teashop 'Tea-Time' in Clapham in 1983. She is author of Traditional Teatime Recipes and Tea Classified. She speaks at conferences around the world and appears regularly on television and radio. She is Managing Director of St James's Teas Ltd and lives in London.
