After reading about these socks I made something similar to test how good they were to treat foot cramp, it was effective so I bought a pair. They are very good, I put them on and the cramp goes quite quickly. It has meant the end of hopping about to get relief!

The aligning socks were reasonably comfortable, although I usually wear them when I go to sleep. These socks also seemed to improve my posture. I would liked to have known how long I should wear the socks for them to give an affect on my feet.
I would probably recomend these socks, as they seemed to make a bit of difference. For the price of them, you might as well buy them and try them for yourself!

The more you wear these socks the more they seem to loosen, even after i washed them they seem to relax a bit, so when i wear them it does not feel as if my toes are being seperated correctly.
Might as well sit with the pads used for seperating toes for painting toe nails.
