Absolutely fabulous book... i now have two books from this lady and boy is she a good cook!!! very easy recipes, no "Stupid" ingredients which you dont have in your cupboard or which are hard to find Highly recommended in fact i have thrown out a load of cookery books since i got this one...

Very well laid out. Recipes work. Sensible size to keep in kitchen. Lovely pictures, encourages you to have a go!
