Format:Paperback
Terrific book. If you're interested in 'real food' and cooking as a contact sport, this tells you all you need to know about hanging, drawing and quartering. Of course, if you're a shrinkwrapped M&S squeam, it may tell you more than you want to know. Game is not for the squeamish, chicken is. But for anyone prepared to bite the bullet - or at least the shot - this book goes far beyond simple bunny-boiling with excellent information and simple and clever recipes to delight your friends.
Hurry while stocks (of wild game) last; we're the last couple of generations who'll have the pleasure of it.
