This book has something for everyone. I'm no master chef but I love Good Food Magazine and this book is easy to follow and inspirational.

There are pictures of every dish which is great and the recipes range from the very easy to approaching difficult, but they are all delicious.

I love this book, there are lots of easy peasy recipes which taste great and many can be made using store cupboard ingredients or can easily be adapted. I would thoroughly recommend it to fish lovers and those of you who want to try to eat more fish.

Excellent little book of delicious uncomplicated fish recipes that use easily obtainable ingredients and that allow the fish to be the star player. Can't recommend it highly enough. Carefully presented these straightforward dishes could achieve star status. The salmon with leeks, peas, tarragon and creme fraiche is to die for!

These little cookbooks are packed with easy to prepare recipes. The book is easy to handle in the kitchen and the recipes are well explained and inexpensive to put together. It would be great to have a little explanation of every book so that we know what to expect. I am never disappointed though!

This is a great cook book for those who have run out of ideas. There are pictures of every dish, simple instructions and little tips.
My only criticism is the contents table and referencing at the back, but if you are looking for something to give you plenty of ideas this book, and the rest of the series, is brilliant.
