I bought one of these recipe book's and absolutely loved it so much so that i bought all the other ones. I've tried following other recipe book's and found them hard to understand or that the ingredient is hard to find but these book's are so simple, a complete novice could do it but at the same time look very posh. All the recipe's are mouth watering and delicious. i not only recomend you buy this book, i recommend you buy all of them.

I'm building up quite a collection of these now. They are the perfect cookbook. They are small books, with accessible ingredients. They are practical- not out to impress with hours of marinading nor exotic ingredients, and best of all, there is a mouthwatering full page colour photo for every single recipe. Even after an initial flick through I found around a dozen recipes I would definitely make. On a second look, I found about 25.
I had never thought of making tuna meatballs (the cover picture), there are delicious chicken thigh/cous cous variations, simple suppers such as Roquefort Toasts, a tasty looking Beef Stroganoff with Herby Pasta, Some good pasta dishes, spicy tortillas, Satay Pork and around a dozen very good desserts at the back.
It's everything you want from a cookbook without the waffle. It doesn't take up loads of room on your shelf and it doesn't weigh a ton unlike some heavier cookbooks. I will be collecting more from this excellent range.

Good recipies but lots of repetitions from previous books.
There are a few good recipies in this book but it is very repetetive and I wouldn't recommend it if you have some of the others.
