This is a cracking little recipe book! I've tried quite a few of the recipes now and they are all very good, the Provincial Pork Skewers and the Pan Roasted Chicken are two family favourites (very simple and quick - very good for working mums). I would recommend this little book to anyone who likes good food, likes cooking (you don't have to be mega experienced, the process is clearly explained), has a family and works. A little bit of planning ahead is necessary as not all the ingredients are what you would have in your store cupboard, but don't let that put you off as it is totally worth it when you get the end results. So often cheap means bin liner, but not in this case.
