Fantastic recipes 6 Mar 2008
Format:Paperback
This book contains an abundance of amazingly tasty dishes, and many are so simple and quick to make, you may just feel like you've cheated in some way to produce the such wonderful flavours. Some recipes do contain a lot of ingredients, and/or some ingredients are hard to find, but many recipes do not, yet the results are just as exotic. The mustardy meatballs and and sizzling salmon are exceptional.

This is especially a great book if you've just started to learn to cook and want to impress yourself!

I am a huge fan of the 101 books and I own a few of them but I have to say that this isn't one of the better ones. The choice of dishes aren't particularly interesting or inventive and a lot of them aren't even hot or spicy. I really struggle to find recipes that I would want to make and tend not to pick this up when looking for inspiration.

Great as always 3 Jan 2011
Format:Paperback
We buy pretty much all this series of books as they are consistently of a high standard. This one is no different, it is well written and easy to understand, the 3 recipes we have tried since purchasing have been straightforward and tasty.
