The fundamentals of the book are sound however the author repeats himself continually but more frustrating is the fact that when one eventually arrive at the exercises the descriptions are poor,(what is a foam roller , a rumble Roller). Some diagrams showing those exercises for those who don't live in gyms would be helpful. Finally since the book is sold for a Kindle the charts should be enlarged as they are unreadable.

What a bargain, this book is packed with great exercises that most anyone can do. I like how straight forward the book is and that the author seems genuinely interested in helping you get in shape and not just trying to up-sell to some other product... no magic pills here. The guides to doing the exercises are easy to follow and very helpful. After only a short time doing this program I can tell that I am on my way to being stronger and more flexible than ever!

Ok. Ive been saying it all along (ok, maybe mostly to myself). But when you combine your workout with something you enjoy, or with something that has a complimentary benefit, its a win-win. I love golfing, the practice, the play, the competition. And I know I need to work out. Unfortunately for me, the benefits to working out aren't typically enough to get me to do it. This book bridges all gaps. It is new, it is relevant, and I have enjoyed more than just the feel-good of having become more fit. Do it!!!! You'll have fun, and you'll feel the difference when you play. And you wont regret it.

This product was a clear breakthrough on so many levels. As an avid golfer, my game had deteriorated due to my weight gain. I like the simplicity and skill required to take my game to the next level plus the fact of getting stronger and losing a few pounds. I could not recommend a better book.

I had been looking for a golf specific workout for a while and I ran across this for $3 (kindle version). I believe you get much more than your money's worth. There is a lot of content here. I would recommend it for anyone looking to increase their balance and flexibility. These two elements as well as fat loss equal better ball striking which leads to longer distance and better accuracy. It also doesn't take a ton of time. It's about 40 minutes three days a week for the workout and interval training and then about 20 minutes on off days for the stretching and recovery regimen. There are three levels of workouts; beginner, intermediate and advanced. There are printable workout sheets for all of it. He recommends everyone start at the beginner level no matter your fitness level and I concur. You level up every 4 weeks. There is also no need for a gym membership. You will need to purchase a few items such as a foam roller, yoga mat and dumbbells or resistance bands. He says the foam rolling is optional but I recommend it. I can tell a pretty big difference in performance when I do it and it also just feels good and doesn't take a ton of time (7 min). The workouts are not the same for everyday either. It's a full body workout everyday that starts from your core. He also offers different options for the interval training such as run, bike and steps so that you really never get bored. He provides a pretty detailed description of every exercise and stretch with pictures. There is also a nutritional portion of the book where he really simplifies it for you. He also talks about nutrient timing and gives great tips. A small section of the book is devoted to goal planning. This is more of the mental side of it. One added bonus is the pre-round warm up section. This provides you with a basis on how to get ready for your round mentally and physically so you can blast it off the tee your first swing. A great bonus that he just added is the new online members area where he has videos of all the workouts. You can contact him by email, twitter or facebook so no excuses. Hopefully I sold you on this program. I think it is well worth $3. He wants to help a million golfers by 2016 and I think it would be cool if he could do it.

I had high hopes... but it turns out to be just another workout book.
Yes, maybe the workout routines are a little more geared towards your muscles that’s golf related, but in the end it’s just like any other book - Eat good food, exercise regularly, drink water, think happy, etc.
