Another fantastic Barbara Freethy book!! mystery, love, betrayel, history, culture, secrets, sacred treasure, just amazing. loved it! would definately recommend :) now on too read my next Barbara Freethy book, definately got a full blown fan from me. would also say check out Ryan's Return also by this author and also free, again an amazing read :)

A while ago I downloaded Ryans Return, as it was on the top 100 free books, & thoroughly enjoyed it. So, when I saw another Barbara Freethy book on the free list, I didnt hesitate. This book is equally as well written, the characters are well penned, & the story has plenty of suspense & romantic interest to keep you reading. Ive hardly got anything done the last couple of days, as I found it impossible to put the book down.

Looking for a light, easy read? This was easy to get into and easy to read only taking me a couple of hours. The main plot is basic with a few unexpected twists and turns along the way and I did find myself engaging with the characters. I will definitely look out for more by this author.

My 12 year old daughter said she enjoyed the book and found it to be quite good. Again , she did not rave how excellent the book was and cannot comment much further.
