As a raw food coach I would recommend this book to anyone looking for recipe inspiration. I love this book because it's full of delicious looking photos of the recipes, with more step by step photos to show you how to do specific raw food preparation techniques (like how to make nut milk, prepare a cheesecake, spread mixture to be dehydrated, and prepare raw chocolate). There is a great variety of recipes that are beautifully presented, from soups to cheeses, to substantial main courses, ice creams and other delicious treats and covers the basic fermented foods such as saurkraut, kimchi and rejuvilac too. Pretty much every recipe has a photo of it which will inspire you to make it.
There's also a bit about raw food equipment and chopping techniques. If you're looking for a book to tell you more about why raw food works, this isn't the one, but if you're looking for a comprehensive kitchen companion this is definately one of the best out there.
I haven't given it 5 stars because a few of the recipes call for young coconut meat, which isn't easy to get in the UK.
