If you know Kurt Vile than you know what to expect. Beautiful, dark, haunting songs primarily made up of acoustic guitar and vocals. If you don't already know, Kurt can play. He has a brilliant fingerpicking style and a hauntingly honest tongue. The highest point on this album for me is "My Sympathy". If you really need a good glimpse before purchase Youtube isn't far.

This is a really good record that has alternate versions of songs and outtakes. If you are a fan of Kurt Vile then I'd definitely get it! :)

I don't have much to say here other than I think that Kurt Vile is a master at musical concoctions. I definitely recommend this disc.
