I used this book to give me a comprehensive view of post-holocaust theology for an important essay, but it was infuriating that he did not give a very good bibiography for his references. Many of the books from which he quotes are given no reference, and i cannot find out who published them, or when, which is bad. Currently I am using amazon to find out when and by whom "with fury poured out," by bernard maza, was published (a book upon which cohn-sherbok bases an entire chapter) -no success.
