Review

Use the approach in this book and you will not only sell more, you will also lead a rich and joyous life. It works! (Spencer Johnson, author of Who Moved My Cheese? )

Product Description

The sequel to the international bestseller The Go-Giver, applying its inspirational approach to real-world challenges.

The Go-Giver took the business world by storm with its message that giving is the simplest, most fulfilling, and most effective path to success. It has inspired hundreds of thousands of readers; but some have wondered how the story's lessons stand up to the tough challenges of everyday, real-world business.

Bob Burg and John David Mann answer that question in Go-Givers Sell More, a practical guide that turns giving into the cornerstone of a powerful and effective approach to selling.

Most of us think of sales as a struggle to make people do something they don't really want to do. But that cut-throat mentality makes the process much harder than it has to be - especially in an economic downturn when customers are more suspicious and defensive than ever.

It's far more effective (and satisfying) when salespeople think like Go-Givers and focus on creating value for the customer. Cultivate a trusting relationship and provide outstanding service, and great results will follow automatically.

Illustrating their points with a wide range of real-life examples, Burg and Mann offer tips and strategies that anyone in sales can start applying right away.

This book is a follow up and based on the Go-giver by the same authors. I believe both books should be in the "MUST READ" category of any one who wants to be successful in life.

Very rarely does one comes across such gems that can transform both the thinking and life of people.

I highly recommend it

Loved this book - I have read many books over 20 years on sales & the people side of business and this is in my top 3 books (the other 2 by the way are 'Working with Emotional Intelligence' & 'The Magic of Thinking BIG')
I bought a copy of 'Go Givers Sell More' for my whole team - interesting my top sales guy said it was the best book he ever read.
It's all about adding value to the customer - not flogging your 'McGuffin'
To succeed in sales you must see the world thru the customers eyes - this book will help you do that as it challenges the way you look at stuff and how you think.
When I read chapter 16 on 'Great Questions' I knew I had to buy more copies for my team.
I also gave a copy to my coach and she loved it too.
So - build networks, be real, listen, undersell, follow thru and 'stay open'
Hope you enjoy it.
