Great book! Simple, easy to understand everything you need to know about fitness, getting fit and/or losing a few pounds.
There's lots of books out there claiming results in days etc,etc - all tosh! This book lays it all out in a simple easy to use guide to getting the right results for getting fitter/losing weight or moving your fitness to the next level. If you apply the advices' contained in the book and a bit of common sense you'll see results in around 6-8 weeks. Like Wifey ;0)
I bought this for my wife and so far so good. Being ex-Para myself it was only going to end in tears if I was always trying to get her to do something a certain way. This way she can read all about it and crack on with her needs - without getting her hair off with me. Simples!
Bottom line - this will be a fantastic book to get you going again, if you just need to get your motivation back again after pointless training or losing weight to getting fitter and subsequently a healthier, happier life-style.
