I got these covers to go with an ABBA costume and they were great. I managed to tie the bottoms so I could wear flats and not heels.
They worked fine for me with the flats, but I wouldn't have been able to get them on over boots which is worrying for something called 'boot covers'. My friend also got a pair but decided against wearing hers as she couldn't get them to stay up!

Good shoes cover, but it did not last for long (just for one occasion, as one "broke")...
