4.0 out of 5 stars Gluten free Cookery 21 April 2012

Recipes are clear and concise and do not contain lots of ingredients that the reader has never heard of,let alone knows where to buy from! Recipes are tempting and help the ceoliac to see that there are still yummy foods to eat. The flour mixes are a really good idea. The list of where to buy ingredients from is very useful. The plant guide is very informative and sheds alot of light, for the new ceoliac upon ingredients that they may not have thought of using.
The book details all of the main food groups such as meat and dairy and explains a little about them.
Contains a list of BAD ingredients,Recipes for children, conversion tables and also Vitamins, the functions of and the results of deficiencies.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Book 1 Aug. 2012
Good simple recipes and great to have it on my Kindle. Most gluten free books have recipes requiring specialised ingredients which you may not have in the cupboard. Also very good for a newly diagnosed coeliac.
