All the recipes I've tried have been excellent - easy to follow, actually worked (not true for a lot of gluten free recipes) and tasted very good. Really impressed by the pastry - you really could not tell the difference. Chocolate brownies now a family favourite.
Would recommend highly.

A cook's bible 11 Oct 2008
Format:Hardcover
The basic recipes do taste lovely, once you get your head round how the author presents the ingredients, such as 'sift half cup plus one and half tablespoons rice flour'. No scales necessary which is handy. Living on a family budget I find the recipes expensive, more so than other g/f, dairy free, wheat free books. It is a good book if you are entertaining and want something different. For every day meals, I do not find it useful. Not many pictures. The author breaks down the instructions, step by step, which makes it easy to understand.

Many recipes are not gluten free - they show you how to adapt it to be gluten free 8 Jan 2008

I got this book as a gift. I was disappointed to see that many of the recipes are not gluten free, but instead there is a blurb on the bottom of the page that tells you how to make it gluten free. I expected all of the recipes to be dairy free, wheat free, and gluten free but they weren't.

the perfect pizza 13 Oct 2008
By Robin E. Lutsky - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover|Amazon Verified Purchase
I have tried so many gluten-wheat-dairy free pizza doughs and they were tough or totally fell apart. Most of the store bought ones I tried tasted
like cardboard. This was perfect I used soy mozzorella cheese and goat
gouda and sheepsmilk pecorino romano. It made a great white pizza.pg66
I've also made the cornbread pg24 very good.I made the rich piecrust
dough pg 21.Very easy to work with did it in the food processor made
a peach pie, and a dark chocolate and raspberry pie, Both turned out great,
very good book although I'd have to say the this Book is definately for
someone who likes to cook and is not looking for a quick fix,but in my estimation well worth the money and the time.

Not what I expected 4 May 2009
By M. Wells - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I wanted an cookbook that didn't use wheat flour, dairy products or eggs. There are a lot of eggs used. The recipes are more complicated that I want. I will be returning it....
