Great collection of vegetarian recipes. I love easy and quick recipes because I don't have too much time too cook but then again who does???? I love the recipes that can be made in under 10 minutes such as chili tofu stir fry and portobello mushroom burgers are my favorite. Great book if you want to be healthy but are short on time!

So pleased to find a set of easy, quick recipes that are both vegan and gluten-free. There are some great ideas here and the salads look very appetising, can't wait to try them. I was also impressed that, unlike lots of gluten free or vegan cookbooks, most of the ingredients are readily available and not items I'd have to special order. Thanks for that!

The best thing about these recipes is that they're all just as the author says - ready in under 30 minutes. I've tried a few so far and they're all great! Fantastic book!

Really good recipes. Simple to understand and follow. Makes vegan cooking look easy. I love the section with lots of preparation tips to make things even easier on days when you're pushed for time.

I really loved this book. Being a vegan and celiac it’s not always easy to find quick, easy, tasty recipes. Great variety of dishes and simple to follow instructions. It’s even worth the money if you’re not strictly veggie!

This is a very well written and easy to follow recipe book. The book has really good pictures to see how the food would look like and has a really good part on people with busy life on how to make a gluten free recipe in under 30 mins. A must for any vegetarians

Having seen that this book has received all 5-star reviews I expected it to be much better than it is. Firstly it's a very small book, and it's printed on cheap, low quality paper - it looks and feels cheap - but the price (£7.23 when I purchased it) doesn't reflect that at all! There are a few photos (9, in fact) but they're very small and, as the paper isn't glossy, not very good quality. The text of the book itself contains a few links to webpages - for me that's a complete no-no in printed books, as it looks odd and generally they end up being out-of-date anyway, and it's a pain to try and type them in - names of websites or common search terms are much better, though (with some exceptions) I'd expect all of a book's information to actually be printed in the book itself. The recipes are simple, use easily obtainable ingredients and do look like they would all be possible in under 30 minutes, but they're not hugely inspiring.

I expect that I will make use of this book to some extent, but I am disappointed by it, especially given the price I paid for it. In conclusion: this book has some decent, quick recipes but the quality of the actual physical book is disappointing. If I'd bought it for Kindle (currently priced at £1.86) I'd be delighted with it, but as it is I feel like I wasted my money.

Great menus. Really easy to prepare with everyday ingredients. No need to make a huge shopping list the night before cooking because most of the ingredients are those you'll have already. It'll be used for many years to come.
