Really Delicious! 28 Jan 2011

Format: Paperback
This book is superb for someone who cannot have gluten. Rustic and easy, these recipies are ones that frequent my table. I am looking forward to finish cooking through this book!

Good cookbook, great pictures. 19 Oct 2009
By Dr. T - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This cookbook isn't as extensive as many gluten-free cookbooks I've seen but it does provide some great pictures. It focuses on glucose-free cooking and low fructose content, following fructose malabsorption guidelines set by the author and other researchers. One minor problem with the book is not all cooking conversions between Australian and US units were switched over. I would recommend this book.

Not for me 8 Oct 2010
By Shantana - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I should have investigated more before buying this cookbook. I have fructose malabsorption and am also allergic to eggs and whey. Well, her recipes look delicious but I can't eat them. Most of them contain dairy products or eggs. I'll pass on the cookbook to someone else.
