I have read quite a number of recipe compilations or cook books specializing on gluten-free meals, but perhaps nothing comes close to F.L. Clover’s ‘Gluten Free 101’ in terms of comprehensiveness—finally, here’s a cook book that carefully and thoughtfully covers every possible meal you can cook without gluten—and here I speak of being able to plan your family’s meals ahead by weeks.

At its heart, Clover’s ‘Gluten Free 101’ is a well-meaning response to the growing demand for food cooked without gluten. More and more people find that gluten has unwelcome effects to their health and disposition, and so they really go beyond their comfort zones just to be able to eat the kind of food that won’t harm their bodies. I started using gluten free products a couple years ago. I found I was no longer "foggy" at times, my stomach didn't hurt (and became flatter), I lost weight and all in all- I felt better. I think way more people (myself included) are gluten intolerant than we realize.
This book was awesome. It is packed with a great assortment of gluten free recipes.
Do yourself a favor- get this book- try the recipes and see if you too, see the difference in how you feel.
Highly recommend this detailed and organized recipe book.
