3.0 out of 5 stars GI food index 20 Feb 2009
By Sandra M. Hardman - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Info is easy to understand but seems limited in the foods listed. Also was hoping for an alphabetical index of foods as a means of looking things up, but it is listed as all the other books are, in groups of low, medium, and high GI ratings.
