Glucosamine sulphate is a highly effective join support supplement and this one works well. The price is great!
I would recommend a fairly high dose of 4x1000mg a day used even when joints feel fine to provide maximum protection and reduce the inevitable pains that come with intense exercise over time.

I have taken Glucosamine from Holland and Barrett but at this price and reading the reviews ,I thought i would try this brand . Especially as i train in the gym and had a cartiledge operation some 8yrs ago , which gives me joint pain.I took it straight away as been
not taking as Holland Barrett brand upset my stomach.This pill is coated and smaller which makes it easy too swallow with in a day my knee was better.Very good product came quickly highly recommended.
